Because I’ve lost almost 20 pounds since September. And I’m still losing and I feel FANTASTIC. I’ve lost two sizes! I don’t cringe at myself in the mirror, my cankles are gone, I can rock high heels, and I’ve finally found that magic combo of eating healthy, but not depriving myself.
